COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The color is deep amber with a light, creamy head. The nose starts off with a touch of citrus but then turns decidedly into peaches. The taste starts off with creamy malt resulting from the pale 2 row and caramel malts and Saint Arnold yeast. The hop bitter starts low then builds to a crescendo, but always maintains a balance even in its big finish. The hop flavor continues to be peaches, an interesting manifestation of the Columbus, Simcoe and Centennial hops. This is the first Divine Reserve that we have filtered. This decision was made to make the hop flavors brighter, plus it would have been a bottling nightmare with all the hop bits in it. This beer is best enjoyed at 45° or even a little warmer. Though the recipe and style indicate this beer to be enjoyed fresh, we expect this beer to develop interestingly over the years.

Appearance: this beer pours with a small light tan head that dissipates pretty quickly, the beer is a very nice dark amber color, clear Aroma: very faint grain, alcohol, faint aroma all around, hard to pick up much Taste: a malt sweetness to it, has a bitter finish that is almost backseat to the malt, some alcohol warmth Palate: has a pretty heavy mouthfeel, leaves a bitter aftertaste, soft carbonation Overall: very disappointed in this beer, a straight forward ipa with a high alcohol presence in the taste, thought this would be different

Pours clear amber with some head. Nose is peaches, fruit ester, pineapple, caramel malt. Taste starts off very malty with some fruit esters, peaches, pineapple. Then becomes slightly bitter on the finish. A lot of malt balance. Very creamy mouthfeel. Very good double ipa ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber bottled on 3/4/14. This is a good looking beer. Dark orange/amber pour, nice fluffy off white head. Leaves nice alcohol legs on it. Aroma is big citrus hops, pineapple, orange zest, grapefruit, mango... just amazing. Taste is lots of orange and grapefruit, but a sweet maltiness to take the bitter edge off. Nice sticky mouthfeel, nice dry finish. There’s a lot to like about this beer, and I’m glad I finally got around to trying it.

Bottled: 23dec13 (I think) Pours amber and hazed with a solid creamy quilt. Smells of resin, citrus, biscuit, some pine and sweetness. Flavor follows with a solid biscuit malt character with some tea. There is some bitterness and also some pine and resin. Medium on full bodied with omderately hi carb and a semi dry finish. Good beer, would be nice to know if I were drinking a bottled on date or a best by date.

Bottle @ Dean to Mouth tasting, courtesy of Zer0. Pours a clear copper colored beer with a small white head on top. Aroma is really nice and hoppy, citric grapefruits and all that. Some sweet malts detected in the background, nicely balanced. Flavor is very fruity, tropical fruits mostly. Nice and hoppy and no yeast detected. Crisp, bitter aftertaste. Very nice!

Bottle at the "Lets celebrate the fact that Dean is already the Mayor of M&S Den Haag even though it’s only been open for 24 hours tasting!". Poured a clear medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light grassy hop and a little malt. The flavour is strong bitter with a huge nettle hop palate that totally dominates. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
