12 oz, can, Pours a light of medium, well retained, ivory head, over a clear, effervescent dark amber (SRM 14) body........nose is moderate toasted malts, with light bread tones, no hops.......taste is toasted malts with bread and toast notes, dry throughout, finishing with light hop spice, and minimal bitterness.....mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, moderate carbonation. The malts are a bit on the simple and slightly light side for the style, but the beer is quite clean and lager like which is appropriate. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a thin cream colored head. The aroma is toasted malts and bread. The flavor is toasted malts, bread yeast, and some faint notes of caramel. The mouth feel is on the light to medium side. sjohnny (686) - - SEP 22, 2017
Honey and malt. Sweet. Hint of spice. Light orange-amber with a foamy off white head. Moderate retention. Leaves a thin film on the surface. Velvety mouthfeel. Almost chewy while not being heavy. Lots of malt. Earthy backtones. A slight hit of hops. Very nice.

UPDATED: SEP 6, 2017 A surprisingly good Octoberfest from Texas. Better Octoberfest than Sam Adams but not as good as Spaten JohananaV2 (278) - Hurst, Texas, USA - AUG 20, 2017
A good but lighter tasting Oktoberfest. It's a drop on the sweet side when it comes to finish, but on tap I imagine the flavors open up a bit more
