Straight from a bottle off a sixer. Aromas of heavy malt and caramel. Notes come in strong with malt first then dissapates into nice caramel finish with slight booze and yeast. Pretty good stuff, enjoy slightly cool almost room temp, not to cold or the beer will not taste right. alexsdad06 (10947) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - MAR 21, 2015
12 oz. bottle from crajun. Pours a clear dark amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have some sweet malts, caramel, bready malts, mild floral hops, I thought this was pretty good for the style. BOSSbrewer (2705) - Arkansas, USA - MAR 14, 2015
Had on tap at Jack Mac’s in Dallas. Pours amber with a thin persistent off white head. Aroma is malty and toffee, with a very slight roastiness. Flavor follows and is fairly sweet. Overall, nice beer. AndresTM (434) - Texas, USA - MAR 4, 2015
Light booze; spicy, earthy hops; ink; and cereal in the nose. The mouthfeel is oily and slow, with medium viscosity and prickly carbonation. The taste is boozy/malty bitter up front, with spicy hops taking the lead towards the middle and a whisper of toffee towards the end, for an otherwise dry and mineraly finish. Serviceable, but not my thing. hotstuff (5272) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - NOV 22, 2014
Rated on 02-18-2013 at Saint Arnold B.C. The appearance of this draft beer is a small beige head with a long retention, transparent amber body and fast rising carbonation. The aroma is caramel malt, sweet and light hops. The flavor mimics the aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is light bodied. Overall, this beer is easy to drink, but a bit on the light side for the style.

Wasn’t too crazy about this brew. had it with spicy spicy crawfish so I think that had something to do with it. Gonna give it another try next spring lol Travlr (26210) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 10, 2014

Sample at Cock & Bull Pub in Sarasota. Clear pale reddish-brown color with a medium light beige head that recedes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, fruit and hops. Medium-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, fruit and earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall. SpringsLicker (3681) - Tennessee, USA - JUL 8, 2014
Cloudy orange/amber with a small white head. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUN 19, 2014
Light malt aroma.
The flavor is lightly sweet.
Could really use more malt depth in the flavor to be a real top notch Bock, but certainly a drinkable beer.
Thanks to crajun for this one!
Pours a clear amber color with white head. Cereal grain, caramel malt, and some light hops on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes sweet.
