Flew into Houston and had this beer. This was in March 2015. Still as fresh in my mind as it was in March. Hats off to you all at Saint Arnold. What a tasty and refreshing beer this was. Gusler (2652) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - DEC 1, 2000
Bocks are particular favorite beer. This one is robust, nice nose and a decent hop bite that lingers. BeeRx (18) - Dallas, Texas, USA - NOV 19, 2011
This is a great bock beer, one of my favorite bocks. The appearance is red with a hazy white head. The taste is malty goodness with just the right amount of citrus hops. It was smooth and a good drink to have after a long day of work. this pairs well with chicken, especially chicken wings! JakeSparks (125) - Alvin, Texas, USA - JAN 21, 2013
no bock can even come close to this, probably houston’s best mass distributed seasonal. maxhits (172) - Pico Rivera, California, USA - MAY 16, 2002
24 IBU. Dry, chalky, slightly sweet with nutty, toffee and molasses tones. Clean and almost light tasting.

Yummy Spring seasonal. Great caramel, malty nose. Head disapates fast. Flavors of roasted caramel, and toasty malt. A bit thin but still yummy.. SudsMcDuff (8541) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - SEP 16, 2005
This is one fine beer, It is just one of the many fine brews from Saint Arnold’s! The taste just is delicous, and it has a sweet intoxicating smell. A very pleasing and satisfying beer. GO TX! ronaldtheriot (2020) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - MAR 20, 2012
This was a hard beer to pin down. Saint Arnold Spring Bock has a thick, creamy, cream-colored head and a bubbly, clear, amber appearance. The aroma is a bit unusual with sweetness, syrup, stinging something, and a dough smell of some sort. Taste is likewise odd, with unsalted cracker, medium-roasted barley malt, bitterness, and lots of alcohol forward in the flavor. Mouthfeel is medium, and Saint Arnold Spring Bock finishes pretty crisp, dry, and refreshing. Even though it’s a weird beer, with slight ale body characteristics, I really am enjoying it, and I suggest you try it. RJT

Good decent head with and amber colored beer. Rich and sweet. Good bock and I might try it colder next time.
