From bottle. Pours medium gold with some white head and mild lacing. Mildly skunky nose. Not bad for a pilsner, but a little doughy for me. JakeSparks (125) - Alvin, Texas, USA - JAN 21, 2013
now this is a pilsener! light fruit and grains, with a good firm mouth feel. during the season, this always is in my fridge. ghawener (1608) - Santa Tecla, EL SALVADOR - JAN 6, 2013
Draft: golden / yellow, little to no carbonation, lacking any head. Aroma is herbal, sweet, malty. Taste lacks hops but still a nice brew. Food Pairing: Calamari. pilgrimoutlaw (888) - Wayne, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 19, 2012
On tap at the Ranch. Pours clear pale yellow with thin white head. Grass, floral aromas. Unpleasant metallic aftertaste I’ve noticed in other beers from Texas. Mildly sweet. Moderately bitter. Crisp, light body. Better than I expected.

A decent pilsner, but below average beer. Pours pee yellow. Smell is nice, a little fruity. Taste is pilsner, nothing special. Had on tap in the airport.
