Bottle courtesy of crajun from the Local Beer Swap Threeve. Thanks Kevin. Pours a lightly hazed glowing golden straw color with a medium sized white head. Big grainy musk and a touch of lemon. Fuzzy with faint phenols, yeast and musk. Smells pretty darn good. Medium bodied, slight sweetness, toast and wheat. Smooth and easy drinking, soft musk and lemony wheat on the finish. Nice. Wouldn’t mind drinking a ton of these during the summer. RickTStiles (827) - Houston, Texas, USA - SEP 27, 2012

Cloudy Pale yellow pour, quick head that leaves a little lace. Nose is Hefe yeast and light malt. Lightly sweet on the tongue, but starts to dry (vague spice there to.) Not sure what style it is, but it is pretty good (Hefe v. Kolsch).

It's amazing the difference dry hops make to a beer. Definite hop aroma mixed with banana / bread. Smooth. Balanced. Easy drinking.
