Truly sweet and leafy. Has a lemon lime start and finish with leafy hoppy very slight bitterness. Perfect summer brew! I actually just finished mowing ronaldtheriot (1932) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - AUG 11, 2012
Saint Arnold Weedwacker has a creamy, medium white head and a hazy, swirling straw appearance, with lots of lacing rings and many little floating particles. Lots of streaming bubbles appear. The aroma is of sugar, corriander, banana, spice, and cake. The flavor is similar- so spicy and rich. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Saint Arnold Weedwacker finishes semi-dry and pretty crisp. Overall, this is a most excellent beer. RJT legion242 (2348) - Richardson, Texas, USA - AUG 22, 2010
A very unusual beer to say the least. Faint nose of esthers. Looks like a wit or light hefe. Taste is like that of a very dry hefe. Very nice. cduncan14 (138) - Sandy Springs, Georgia, USA - APR 20, 2013
Poured into a shitty hotel glass. White head and a hazy, yellow color. Aromas of banana, yeast, flaked wheat, whipped cream. Immediate flavors of banana, grass. Leaves a pleasantly sweet flavor in your mouth. This is a very interesting take on the kölsch style, and very well-done. Rmorris007 (50) - - SEP 30, 2014
I very much enjoyed this beer. The banana taste was very surprising and tastey. Some sediment in mine but nothing to be worried about. Had a good frothy head and very light to drink

There was really something to this beer..
Pours a cloudy sunset banana..
light lacing, typical hefe head on the pour but dies down to a well spotted pool..
10:46, get a watch that works...
Light light grass, light banana, and empty spice rack in the nose..
light mouthfeel, has that kolsch refreshment and that touch, that twist of esters..
its an interesting experiment, its similar to an american wheat basically..
happy to have had my two 22oz glasses...
you gotta walk before you can crawl..
Thanks to ericandersnavy for this one in trade. It is the kolsch that tastes a hefe. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is very pleasant: bread, ripe banana, yeast, esters, and floral hops with some sweet lemon peel. Flavor is light citrus, lemon, banana, yeast, and some dryness in the back. This is a polite, how-do-you-do beer that gently and politely introduces itself. Light, flavorful, and summer-loving. Sessionable as hell. I could drink the heck out of this beer. galensmith (29) - Texas, USA - JUN 28, 2011
On draft at Barcadia. Pours an intriguing hazy hellow with a thick creamy white head that only slow dissipates. Wonderful citrus aromas. Citrus notes on the front end, with an excellent balance and long refreshing finish! Very surprised by how delicious this beer is, especially since I am not a huge fan of most St. Arnold beers. 48FanInCali (851) - California, USA - AUG 28, 2011
12 oz bottle. Very cloudy light gold pour with nice white head with some lacing. Nose is yeast, banana and a little belgian funk. Taste is crisp with banana, lemon zest, and yeasty doughy goodness. Very nice Kolch.
