Bottle from Vinmonopolet Vika. Incredible floral and fruity nose. Hazy yellow, do not go for this because of the looks. Light beer base, wonderful rhubarb flavour, refreshing.

330ml bottle from beermerchants.com. Pours a hazy orange with medium white head. Lovely sweet rhubarb nose, could’ve done with a little more in taste but still a great summery beer.

Serving: from tap at Brouwer’s Cafe. Aroma: light, pine hop. Appearance: average-sized, creamy, off-white, initial head with excellent lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Hazy, dark-yellow body. Taste: moderate-to-heavily sour initial flavor and moderate-to-heavily sour, rhubarb finish with long duration. Palate: medium body with syrupy texture and soft carbonation Overall: beautiful beer with unique taste.

Bottle. Booths, Ilkley. Hazy gold. Lots of lumps. Thin, lacing, lasting, white head. Beautiful, rhubarb and vanilla custard nose. Which, you might imagine, is what the brewers were aiming for. Whatever, this is light sour, and soft, fruity sweet. Drinks slightly tart, oily bitter, with a gentle, organic sweetness. The oily palate tempers the bittersweet elements beautifully. Finishes light tart, and oily bitter. Stupidly drinkable.
