Pale, slightly hazy yellow pour with a thin white head. Sweet citrusy aroma. A bit metallic. Flavor is mostly dry with a touch of sweetness. Citrusy with notes of tangerine. A bit tart with a dry finish. Light hops. GT (10017) - San Diego, California, USA - APR 7, 2012
750mL flip-top. Hazy to clear yellow. Brilliant. Low carbonation with small wispy white foam. Nose at first is heavy apple and cidery off flavors ww esters and phenols. Loads of canned white pear. Moves to baked pear pie. Taste is tangy with heavier sliced pear dessert. Tangy, mild acidity with honey thickness. Interesting. Lots of cider character. Cidery palate. Odd. Not bad. Not the best offering from these guys.

Bottle 33cl. A cloudy amber beer with huge head. Nose is fruity. Beer starts as a tripple with high carbonation, then continues as a fruit beer with overriped fruit notes and yes rhubarbe notes, bit acid. In the finish some malt notes are coming with bitter orange and yeast notes, gentian notes too.

Bottle with swingtop 0,75ltr: Golden coloured beer with an very smooth mellow sweet taste. And the back label says an ingredient they used: rhubarb juice. So something new for my palate of taste.

Bottle at the Rake thanks to Richard. Hazy pale gold with lasting white head. Not really rhubarb. Can have a bit of the fruit. Bit of stewed fruit. Some vegetable. Quack-Duck (9533) - Down South, GERMANY - MAR 12, 2011
bottle from Village de la Bière Strasbourg. Cloudy amber-red colour, large white head. Aroma of rhubarb, but neither sweet nor sour. Malty, yeasty, slightly spicy with hints of rhubarb. The rhubarb flavours are integrated very well, neither too sweet nor sour, only in the background. Interesting beer. SaintMatty (7522) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - SEP 3, 2010

A weird looking pale greenish golden with a big, fizzy, white head. A whole lot of bubbles hurry upwards. Aroma is sweet, sugary, some clear candy-like rhubarb, a hint of red apple and a litlle maltiness. High carbonation, fairly fine mouthfeel. Flavour is surprisingly - and luckily - not that sweet. Malty sweet at first, there is some slight tart rhubarb notes and a fine malty dryness with a spicy edge at the end. Still not overly impressive.
Bottle. Hazy golden with a big white head. The aroma is light acidic with notes of caramel and fruit. The flavour is fruity and caramellish.
