Bottle shared by Willrunforbeer, thanks! Hazy blonde in color, not much head or lace. Aroma is pale grain, straw and honey.

The flavor show a light amount of yeast/ medium body with a pale malt sweetness. Creamy, soft carbonation level. Light floral bitterness that tells me more from a yeast profile rather than hops. Lightly spicy. Ok, drinkable.

11.2oz bottle from Redstone. Pours golden yellow with an off white head. Aroma is caramel, white bread, yeast, mild citrus. Flavor is caramel, floral yeast, a hint of grass.

Dit was het abt bier van de maand April. Bier is heerlijk zacht, heeft een mooie volle schuimkraag. Smaak en aroma zijn droog, fruitig. Krijg een lentegevoel hiervan.

Tap @ Café Morshuis Albergen. Golden color. Hints of malt, butter and peach in the aroma. Malty sweetish floral flavor with hints of peach and citrus. Soft nutty bitter finish. OK.

Draft @ de Paas. Pours a hazy blonde beer with a big white head on top. Aroma is very yeasty, bready and has a typical Belgian feel, although it’s French. Flavor is very sweet, mildly alcoholic, bready and has a very sweet, boring sticky aftertaste. Typical example for the style though.

Tap @ Briljant, Lammetjesdag 2015. Hazy blond coloured, white head. Nose is grassy, dry, light malty. Flavour is dry malty, fruity and slightly bitter.

Hazy golden; creamy foam which becomes soapy. Smells of agrums, coriander, grass, pine tar. Very good balance from the first sip; bitterness, light sourness; a bit of honey, a bit of roundness; consistency and high fineness. Nice with my own baekeof; very nice with a brioche (home made with a lot of yeast).

Tap @ Lammetjesdag 2015 at Briljant, small sample. Clear golden color, short frothy head. Aroma is slight spicy, bit grainy malt, bit flowery hops. Slight bitter in taste. Like most biere de gardes and saisons: it’s probably better from bottle, as it dries out a bit more. From tap it’s boring as hell. Don’t serve this kind of stuff from tap.

Tap @ de Klep. ABT bier van de maand.
Goudkleurig, troebel, goede kraag. Ruikt en smaakt moutig, lichtzoet, tamelijk vol van smaak.

Poured medium amber with an off white head. Aroma of sweet candy and Belgian yeast. Light to medium body, flavour is moderately sweet, lightly bitter and medium spicy.
