Bought this at the La Cave à Bulles in Paris. Pours a hazy golden color. Aromas of sweet malt. Flavor of sweet malt and some spicy. Dry finish and aftertaste. jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - DEC 6, 2006
Bottled. Aroma of citrus, mainly lemon but also hints of grapefruit. Sweet, pretty bitter, citrus, well hopped, salty in the finish. Light sticky start but dryish finish. Very well balanced. Is this a Belgian Ale, a Blond Ale or a Biere de Garde. I couldn’t tell but certainly a very good beer. MrTipple (4955) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 18, 2014
Aroma: caramel and bread malts, some yeast. Appearance: hazy dark amber, small white head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: sweets turning to sours quite quickly. Overall: nice Biere de Garde, fantastic malty aroma. presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 24, 2011
Fluffy white head on cloudy amber. Dusty Saison lite spice aroma. A hint of sweetness glides across the tongue in passing fashion followed quickly by a nice spicy beer. Aftertaste brings back the sweetness and a light soft pepper note. Very tasty and Drinkable. Emerging nectarine and orange flavour in the middle. Palme (4807) - Bergen, NORWAY - SEP 22, 2011
0.75l bottle shared with ClubGonzo. Aahh, it pours a clear golden body with a big, dense and light fluffy white head. Aroma has some nice citrus notes with grapefruit, it’s light sweet, notes of orange zest and a little yeasty wheat note in there as well. Subtle and quite nice. Average carbonation, smooth and gentle mouthfeel. Mildly sharp on the flavors. Quite malty and light fruity at first, then you get some of that nice Belgian yeast with hints of some almost peppery spices. Continues with a nice light both hopy and sweet flavor before it gives off a little warming alcohol hint in the aftertaste. Light drinkable, refreshing and uncomplicated.

0.75 L bottle from Vinmonopolet. A coarse, fluffy white head upon a misty, yellow-golden body. Fruity yeast with notes of bubble-gum up front, followed by a scent of mild spices and a semi-dry maltiness. Taste has a medium full malt body, fairly dry, with some distinct, quite sharp fruit flavors, and tones of mild spices. Light-bodied considering the abv. Sharp, light astringent mouthfeel. Dryish-sweet fruity ending. Hard to get hold on this one, but overall a drinkable blond ale. sfhodense (4789) - Odense NØ, DENMARK - OCT 6, 2010
