Bottle at Bondekonen Ølmesse 2010. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Aroma moderate to heavy malty (caramel, fruity, spicy), moderate hoppy. Flavor moderate to heavy sweet and spicy, light bitter. Medium body.

Palme (4856) - Bergen, NORWAY - SEP 22, 2011
0.75l bottle shared with ClubGonzo. Aahh, it pours a clear golden body with a big, dense and light fluffy white head. Aroma has some nice citrus notes with grapefruit, it’s light sweet, notes of orange zest and a little yeasty wheat note in there as well. Subtle and quite nice. Average carbonation, smooth and gentle mouthfeel. Mildly sharp on the flavors. Quite malty and light fruity at first, then you get some of that nice Belgian yeast with hints of some almost peppery spices. Continues with a nice light both hopy and sweet flavor before it gives off a little warming alcohol hint in the aftertaste. Light drinkable, refreshing and uncomplicated.

OleR (4801) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 7, 2009
0.75 L bottle from Vinmonopolet. A coarse, fluffy white head upon a misty, yellow-golden body. Fruity yeast with notes of bubble-gum up front, followed by a scent of mild spices and a semi-dry maltiness. Taste has a medium full malt body, fairly dry, with some distinct, quite sharp fruit flavors, and tones of mild spices. Light-bodied considering the abv. Sharp, light astringent mouthfeel. Dryish-sweet fruity ending. Hard to get hold on this one, but overall a drinkable blond ale.

God duft av malt, humle og rosin. Lite skum langs kant. Fin gyllen farge. Litt tørr i ettersmak. Noe metallisk smak og litt rosin.

sayravai (4711) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 30, 2007
UPDATED: OCT 6, 2007 (Bottled, 0.75l) Clear golden with a medium, white head. Slightly sour and sweet aroma of pear-honeyish malt with saisony hoppiness, and lots of fruit. Slightly sour, apple-pear-fruity flavor with sweetish malt, some witbier spiciness and hints of alcohol. With yeast, there’s soma sahti-like banana in both aroma and flavor. Medium to full-bodied, smooth palate with quite low carbonation. The first batches to arrive in Finland were very low-carbonated, but since then, they’ve fixed it (the score went 3.1 -> 3.6).

MrHangover (4693) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - APR 19, 2015
Draft @ de Paas. Pours a hazy blonde beer with a big white head on top. Aroma is very yeasty, bready and has a typical Belgian feel, although it’s French. Flavor is very sweet, mildly alcoholic, bready and has a very sweet, boring sticky aftertaste. Typical example for the style though.

Iznogud (4683) - CROATIA - MAR 25, 2014
On tap at La Fine Mousse Paris. Pours golden with nice creamy white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma. Spicy sweetish flavor. Medium body.
