Draught at La Fine Mousse, Parissaxo (19258) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - APR 8, 2011
Golden color, clean, with generous head. It has a nice malt aroma, with light fruitiness, and somehow sweet, but also an unexpected touch of wood or smoke; more like an American version of Belgian Ales than else. Semi sweet flavor, with nice malt, and a delicate fruity touch that blends in very well; good bitterness level too.
Easy, and yet quite pleasant.
Bottle @ Torben Mathews tasting, Randers Bryghus. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, malt, citrus and hops. Nice and smooth. harrisoni (19159) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUN 22, 2011
Bottle at the Rake thanks to Richard. Hazy gold lasting off white head. Yeasty aroma. Decent fullness in mouth. Some spice. A bit like a Belgian spicy blonde beer with elements of biere de garde. mcberko (18557) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 25, 2011
750mL bottle, pours hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Aroma of champagne yeast, orange zest, barnyard funk and spices. Flavour of spices, lots of yeast, pepper and a champagne-like quality. chrisv10 (18211) - DENMARK - JUL 30, 2010

Golden color, no head. Apple cidery aroma with light spices. Sweetish pear cider -like flavors mixed with harsh maltyness. Actually not very beer -like, more like drinking bitterish cider. Very similar to ambree-version. Flat mouthfeel, no carbonation. Weird.
Bottle, 75cl. It pours a hazy, pale golden-orange body under a decent white head leaving lacings. Quite lovely spice touch in the aroma, citrusy with a pleasant grainy imprint. Yeast notes and a suiting barnyard hint. Really refreshing and quenching with a nice blend of pale malts and citrusy hops. Quite sweet, but that just suits the beer, and the finish is as dry as it should be. Some yeast and a fine bitterness also find it’s way down the throat. Medium to full body, slightly warming and pleasantly carbonated. This was a nice surprise after too many mediocre French beers. 090919 FatPhil (16893) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - OCT 21, 2007
Strongly apple-like aroma, spicey and grassy. Sweet floury and flowery taste, also with a resiny hoppiness - drying. Long perfumy hoppy finish. Dedollewaitor (16315) - Odense, DENMARK - OCT 13, 2010
