COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our open fermentation fall version of a farmhouse ale, is a brilliant October orange, with an earthy, slightly sour nose. High temperature fermentation lends a spicy, bread, and tart finish.

(En fût à la source): Une bouchée de pain avec du poivre, une touche de sulfure/gingembre et une rondeur très automnale.

On tap at Saint James Reno. Pours golden with a nice white head and a fruity aroma. There is an earthy pale malt flavor with a dry slightly bitter finish. Nice yeast presence. Was much more bitter than most saisons.

"possibly the only beer in their line-up that wasn’t prototypical of the style. Smelled and tasted of rye and a hint of spice, with some malt sweetness and a slight touch of hops. Pretty mellow and easy drinking."
