(Bottle) Orange/amber colour with frothy beige head, leaving traces of lacing. Fruity, malty nose with notes of orange peel, flowers and coriander seeds. A touch of oxidation is evident. Fruity, malty taste with orange peel, candy, treacle toffee, caramel, honey, coriander seed and a touch of spicy hops in the finish. Medium body, with some candy sweetness. Quite nice. 750ml bottle from a French supermarket. It’s a moderately pleasant, but somewhat vague and muddy drink. Some paraffin notes. Some candy sugar. Few hops at the end. A sort of dirty yeast/spice flavour that is not attractive. A little thin for 6.8%, and rather unexciting. POLK (2219) - Hørning, DENMARK - JUL 3, 2011
Beautiful amber color; nice lace. Light aroma, with sweetness. Flavor is very sweet. Good beer for christmas. All too sweet for outside the Christmas season.

750 c&c. Pours medium amber with a very coarsley foamy beige head. The head collapses and rings. Aroma is cooked caramel. Med body. Flavor is lightly sweet with some very mild hop. Drinks very well. Is it a spicey thing? No. Sort of a very extra good Jenlain sort of drink. Love it. BeerSkull (1373) - SWEDEN - OCT 24, 2010
Sweet malty aroma with some yeast notes. Flavor the same with some fruity notes. JK (6090) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - MAY 30, 2010
UPDATED: AUG 30, 2010 Light brown color and a white head. Flavor has some malt, quite dry, and clearly recognizable French/ Biere de Garde yeast, which is how I would classify this beer. Simple and one dimensional, with the dry malt dominating the flavor and aroma. thomat (3828) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAY 6, 2010
Amber with a medium off-white head. Fruity with sweet tones. Malt, oak and fruit. Medium body with a nice, bitter-sweet finish.
