33cl bottle achetée en Alsace. Bière cuivrée pas trop chimique comme je l’attendais.

I am definately not in favour of fruity beers. Most of the time I think it is to sweet, sour our to artificial taste. This beer from the Alsace smells quite good. Fresh raspberry flavours enter te nose. A little sweet but not exagerated. The beer has a nice red amberish colour and good foam. The foam will not last to long. The taste is less sweet than one would think by the smell. It is a good alternative in the summer. Especially if you are into the wheatbears with a little lemon. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 33cl, a clear copper red beer with light pink head. Nose is fruity but not that much. Aroma is fruty on red fruit and red fruit skin, light astringency, dry feeling, almost no malt touch. OK, a summer beer.
