Commissioned wheat beer with sticky, white head and ochre blonde colour, hazy. ’Wild’ aroma, yoghurt, sour cream, lemon, bready malts, banana, pear. Lemony acidity in the onset, bit lactic sourness too, bready malt base, rather thin mouthfeel, somewhat phenolic and unpleasant ending. Atypical if considered a witbier and not very satisfying. thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - AUG 14, 2011
(33cl bottle best by 9-12 thanks to bu11zeye) clearish medium yellow with lasting fine white bubbles. Nose of lemon, tea, cherry, and spices. Taste of lemon juice, sweet grain, sugar, and sweet lime/cherry. Almost like a limeade. Soft carbonation and slightly tart linger. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - FEB 18, 2011

Unclear medium amber yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting - diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, fruity - apricot, honey, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
330ml bottle (One Pint, Helsinki, Belgian Weeks 2009)MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAR 18, 2009
Sour, rotten berry, aroma. Sharp palate - lemony retronasals. Taste is lemon too, with a very clear but so so pale white graininess, almost bleached flour. Milky too after a while. Mandarin and peach too, both in the aroma and the finish. With the yeast, the sharpness subsides, but the pale milky malt is at least as strong. Refreshing, but weak.
Bottle at ZBF09. Distinct coriander aroma. Cloudy muddy yellow and grey colour. Small white head. The flavour has some coriander and some strange, old herbal note. Old butter and coriander? Strange. Jerre (3378) - Waregem, BELGIUM - MAR 17, 2009
Very hazy yellow color, white head.
From bottle bought at ZBF.
Aroma is fruit and much coriander, bit lemon.
Taste spice, coriander, citrus, little yeast, wheat malts. sayravai (4710) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 16, 2009
(Bottled) Hazy amber with practically no head. Original, orange-spicy aroma fades quickly. Sour and orange-fruity flavor with wheaty malt and flowery spiciness. Light to medium body with flat carbonation. Strange and not very enjoyable. I recommend sharing this one...
