Pours very light yelllow with a fully receding white head. Aroma of light malt and grassy hops. Taste is grassy, lightly malty, somewhat tasteless and papery. Mouthfeel is thin bodied with medium carbonation.

25cl stubby bottle: my friend got me a crate of 24 of these from france for my birthday. They have a rich, though slight weak aroma, but full of hops. reminds me of the fields in france. quite a clear boring appearance. the flavor is fairly strong and sweet, but it leaves a rancid aftertaste in the mouth. not nice. it is pretty easy to drink, and goes down nice with a meal and on a booze up.

Draft--#27 on the 2006 Europe tour--A typical lager serve in a small Paris pub in an out of the way place that certainly didn’t go out of its way to make us feel welcome, a forgetable experience and an forgetable beer. My notepad simply said "a French Bud."

TheGrandMaster (2335) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 18, 2006
UPDATED: MAY 20, 2006 Poured from bottle, courtesy of my local barbers, a clear but carbonated pale amber with a good pillowy white head. A subtle hoppy aroma with some malt there too. Quite a smooth mouthfeel for a lager with a dryness that wasn’t too overpowering. Grassy flavours with a hint of honey sweetness. Better than most lagers this.

Nekronos (4174) - Xalapa, MEXICO - MAY 13, 2006
NOt very ionteresitng a little alcoholic, but not annoying. Pale colour like a lager but something different.

Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 1, 2005
(Can 50 cl) Nice pilsener golden with a neat, creamy head. Weak aroma of malt. Lightly sweet malt character and some fruit. Weird metallic notes. Not unpleasant as such - just very inharmonious. 280705

Dixen (1465) - Flagstaff, Arizona, USA - JUL 29, 2005
Light malty aroma. Yellow colored beer with a small white head. Light hoppy flavor, some malt.

joergen (28391) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 29, 2005
Canned. Yellow coloured with a white head. Fruity aroma of malts and corn. Fruity flavour of malts.

highlandlad (1480) - Blue Mountains, AUSTRALIA - MAY 18, 2005
The brewery produces cheap supermarket lager for Brits, so I had no expectations of this. It’s a bland, inoffensive lager - the kind of thing you might buy in, say, a British supermarket. Poured pale gold with just a sprinkle of foam. Poor head retention. Fairly fruity aroma with some buttery diacetyl. Typical lager palate with a hint of bitterness in the finish. Sweet-tasting but quenching. Nothing here to dislike. (25cl bottle, Amato’s)
