25cl stubby bottle: my friend got me a crate of 24 of these from france for my birthday. They have a rich, though slight weak aroma, but full of hops. reminds me of the fields in france. quite a clear boring appearance. the flavor is fairly strong and sweet, but it leaves a rancid aftertaste in the mouth. not nice. it is pretty easy to drink, and goes down nice with a meal and on a booze up. Can in Paris. Clear, light gold pour with a fizzy white head. Cereal grain nose. Faintly sweet flavor and even a bit pleasant, with crispy malts and some metallic zing. Light bodied with average to high carbonation. Finish is not so good, some faint dough, metal, mild sugar and hints of grassy bitterness. So so.

Can - mild hops/malt aroma. Clear yellow color. Light flavor - moderate carbonation, clean light malt flavor with a subtle hops finish. Not too bad for a French beer - just not a great deal of character. Nekronos (4174) - Xalapa, MEXICO - MAY 13, 2006
