Bottle from La Cave à Bulles (Paris)- September ’08.
Appearance: cloudy golden color. Medium to big head, white and very lasting.
Aroma: Floral hops, yeasty notes and fruits.
Flavor: sweetish malty start. Yeasty and reminiscences of honey and sweet-fruits like pears and apricot. Floral hoppy with light driness.

Bottle from Cave à Bulles, Paris. Golden colour, big off-white head. Spicy and fruity hop aroma as well as some yeastiness. Very nice, spicy rye bread and peppery flavours balanced by solid bitterness. Some cellar character as well as hints of biere de garde earthiness. Full-bodied. Highly recommended. fiulijn (20516) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 19, 2008

Cloudy orange color, big frothy off-white head. Aroma of yeast, bit dusty, spicy and fruity all together. Spicy taste again, fruity of orange. I’m quite surprised actually by this. jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - JUL 17, 2007
Bottled. Strong sweet citrus aroma. Cloudy, amber color, off-white head, fair lace. Sweet, citrus, pineapple, nice bitterness. Quite full and alcoholic for just 7%. Well brewed, well balanced and flavorful. Thanks Savad. Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - NOV 1, 2006
hazy dark orange colour and a little but stable head; robust aroma of tangerines, some yeast and dust; very carbonated and sweet, decent malt body hidden behind; a robust bitterness takes suddenly the control and lasts a very long time in a dry fruity, yeasty finish Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 2, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, deep amber with a gigantig but quickly vanishing head. Very malty, sweetish and full, with a unique spiciness. I sense dark, warming winter-like spices as cinnamon, cardamum and clove. Very exceptional but excellent. 150102
