Bottle from Cave à Bulles, Paris. Golden colour, big off-white head. Spicy and fruity hop aroma as well as some yeastiness. Very nice, spicy rye bread and peppery flavours balanced by solid bitterness. Some cellar character as well as hints of biere de garde earthiness. Full-bodied. Highly recommended. jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - JUL 17, 2007

75 cl bottle from a French supermarket. The ABV on mine says 6%, I assume it is the same beer. Pours slightly hazy blond with a thin white head. Pleasant aroma of peppery hop, lemony and slightly herbal (lovage?). Sweet to start, with a gentle bitterness. Grain base evident, some sweet fruit and more herbal bitterness. Dry finish. Well carbonated, well-balanced, refreshing and drinkable.
