75 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours hazy dark orange to brown with a fizzy and white head. Aroma is dry and lacto with a mild acetone note. Initially sweet and subdued fruity, goes rather phenolic and dry towards acetone. Mild milky note to it in between. Dry phenolic and slight citric finish. Somewhat chemical. Quite carbonated. 750ml bottle from Wilkes and Lynn for my birthday. Murky tea colored pour with a medium light tan head. Yeasty spice and caramel aroma. Flavors are somewhat muted - belgian musty malts, candy sugar and spices. Little more going on when it warms up - dark fruits. Comes off as more of a double as it warms also. 750ml bottle hazy chestnut brown big 3 finger head. Nose is tart, cherry notes, musty, lacto, soil, earthy. Mouthfeel is on the thin side and extremely carbonated, a bit too much. Taste is musty, earthy berry, spices, nutty, dark fruit notes. Finish is tart, grains, fruity, spice, bready. Some decent flavors trapped in there but overall pretty messy. Just OK. 2013 cork. weird. Dark brown, golden orange, 1 finger head. huge cork pop. old beer...might be amazing?
Smells like mint leaves and burnt malts and a lot of sugar. Tastes like chicken broth, mint, very bread-like yeast. Honey and some ginger. pepper. interesting. not really falling off that much.

Bottle from Liquor Barn. Aroma of Belgian yeast, some light malt. Taste was somewhat sweet.
