I bought this bottle at the Moustache blanche, Paris. I try this bottle yesterday in my flat, Lausanne, after the swimming pool. It is an easy beer to drink, pleasant when you are thirsty like a bird looking for some fresh water at the brook. The color is a nice orange/brown painting and troubled, thin and white/brown head, normal carbonation. The taste is what they said not so far from a hefeweizen in a light version. The taste is malty, fruity, notes of apricot, few hop, really sweet at the palate, good for these days of sunny weather. ansalon (4223) - Stockholm, SWEDEN, SWEDEN - AUG 20, 2016
Pours murky ripe apple with a moderate cloudy white head. Aromas of orange jam, bananas, citrus, apple, caramel. Taste is quite sweet with bananas and apples upfront along with herbal and floral notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. ChtiBreizh (456) - Rennes, FRANCE - FEB 23, 2016
33 cl bottle. Light golden with a fluffy off-white head and some yeast deposit floating onto the foam. Bready, grainy, brown sugar, caramel. Medium sweet with a drier finish. Average carbonation, thin bodied. Having wheat and yeast does not necessarily make a Hefeweizen. Tometclo (349) - Paris, FRANCE - AUG 23, 2015
Peu de mousse, une belle couleur jaune cuivrée, arôme malt, pain, goût très généreux pain, malt. Une très belle réalisation. 33 Cl La Maison du Cidre Le Hézo

330ml bottle from Tri Martolod. Sweet, buttery, aromas. Pours golden, quite clear, with nice white head, still little for a heffeweizen. No lacing. Light to medium body, lively carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is sweet, diacetil, some metallic flavours, cereal. Poor.

Orange to brown, light hazy. Mild apple aroma, delicate hops, white bread. Very mild aroma. Smooth taste, low carbonation. Bit appley, not very expressive. Very accessible but not much for the beer need to find here. (Bottle at De Drie Dorstige Herten) fiulijn (21516) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 24, 2012
Bottle at La Fine Mousse, Parisyespr (48954) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - SEP 12, 2012
Hazy golden color with medium small head. Light smelly aroma, some yeast, some plastic. Dry mouthfeel, with little flavor, some vegetables, and a partially metallic final; there is a light fruitiness in the end. Poor. Not a real Hefeweizen though.

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris
Hazy golden color, generous head. The aroma is lightly sourish, with iron (tomatoes). It has some malt flavor, light residual sweetness (so far a pleasant easy Ale), but also a vegetables touch. Low bitterness. Just drinkable.
33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma fruity and light estery. Bitter, light spiced and fruity. Lingering fruity and medium dry estery into the finish.
