Pours murky ripe apple with a moderate cloudy white head. Aromas of orange jam, bananas, citrus, apple, caramel. Taste is quite sweet with bananas and apples upfront along with herbal and floral notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation.

33 cl bottle. Light golden with a fluffy off-white head and some yeast deposit floating onto the foam. Bready, grainy, brown sugar, caramel. Medium sweet with a drier finish. Average carbonation, thin bodied. Having wheat and yeast does not necessarily make a Hefeweizen.

Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

330ml bottle from Tri Martolod. Sweet, buttery, aromas. Pours golden, quite clear, with nice white head, still little for a heffeweizen. No lacing. Light to medium body, lively carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is sweet, diacetil, some metallic flavours, cereal. Poor.

Orange to brown, light hazy. Mild apple aroma, delicate hops, white bread. Very mild aroma. Smooth taste, low carbonation. Bit appley, not very expressive. Very accessible but not much for the beer need to find here. (Bottle at De Drie Dorstige Herten)

Bottle at La Fine Mousse, Paris
Hazy golden color with medium small head. Light smelly aroma, some yeast, some plastic. Dry mouthfeel, with little flavor, some vegetables, and a partially metallic final; there is a light fruitiness in the end. Poor. Not a real Hefeweizen though.

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris
Hazy golden color, generous head. The aroma is lightly sourish, with iron (tomatoes). It has some malt flavor, light residual sweetness (so far a pleasant easy Ale), but also a vegetables touch. Low bitterness. Just drinkable.

33cl conditioned bottle, bought on holiday in Brittany and drunk at home. Poured an almost golden colour with little discernable head. Some citrus notes and a little light hoppiness on the nose. Taste was somewhat disappointing with the flavour being slightly sweet with just a touch of bitterness. On the palate this light bodied beer was quite flat with a dry texture. Not one I would seek out in the future.
