33cl Bottle thanks to Bartlebier. Appearance: An allmost clear amber beer with a medium sized white head on top. Aroma: lsmoke, rye, beachwood honey, malts and caramel, with bergamot and grapefruit. Taste: smoked ham, wood, bonfire, rye, grains, herbal hops, grapefruit and bergamot bitterness, earthy and grainy tones. Solid bitterness, light sweetness. Mild carbonation, average body. A powerhourse, packs a lot of different taste and not everything sticks. But at least it's very interresting and in certain spots brilliant, while not going out of controle rough in the less good spots.

Rye malt aroma releasing burnt wood (not that much smoke) and earthy/soil to the nose on off white fine head. Taste is first Upper Franconian styled like smoked ham and smooth as Bratensoße. Then dark dried fruits passing through the beechwood flavour and some bitter (GB???) hops in the background giving a pleasant bitterness pairing with old memories of fruity US hops. Rotten wood and gutted campfire to the end

Bottle. Pours a clear amber beer with a medium sized white head on top. Aroma of light smoke, rye, honey, malts and caramel. Light hint of grapefruit. Flavor is fairly bitter, smokey, grainy with a herbal note. Earthy touches, mild carbonation and quite short, light bitter aftertaste. Interesting one, this is.

ALIBALI (2502) - Kiel, GERMANY - JAN 21, 2017
Yeah. Trink man in der Konstellation nicht oft. 0,33l Flasche von BREWCOMER, KI. Ca.3,50€.

Bottle from bartlebier. Cheers. The aroma of smoke appears when pouring, before settling in to a smoke tinged floralness. Amber. Small bubbles. Good bright white head. Subtle tastes - the bitterness from the hops is there but balanced out by the smokiness which is almost sweet. Medium bodied. Full mouthfeel, complimented by soft carbonation. Long finish. Good stuff.

*Bottle from Bierzwerg in Greven. Nice roasted floral brew. Deep with a nice rye characteristic. Dry, fresh, hints of sticky sweetness. Nice.

Bottle from Reserva, Colmar, Alsace region, consumed at home whilst cooking Chicken Tagine with Preserved Lemons and Artichoke Hearts on the BBQ, 3rd July 2016 Pours hazy amber with a white head. The smokiness is nice because it’s subtle and works with the beer instead of taking over. A steady IPA, some slightly unripe fruit and a little pithy edge. The carbonation is nicely soft, good beer yet again from Sainte Crucienne (Collaboration, I believe) A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov15 3.5
