Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgie April 2011 consumed outside Frank (camper) at Camping Igueldo, Igueldo Nr San Sebastian, Basque Country, Northern Spain 04.07.11 Pours murky brown with tan head that is liberally dotted with specks of yeast. Malty on the nose but also quite beefy bit like an oxo cube has been crumbled into this. Full flavoured beer with elements of chocolate, some tobacco, loads of yeast and some fruit. Really likeable beer, I’m well into this. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.7 Barrelbelly (750) - BELGIUM - DEC 30, 2011

Bottle at demolen... Deep dark black... Thin tan head... Soft dark ovaltine nose... Sweet malt... Little too creamy... Sift easy roast DutchDrebus (6002) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - SEP 30, 2013
Bottle @ Borefts ’13 thx to Illuvatarmilan (if I spelled that correctly). Pitch black coloured beer with a full sized, dark brown head (which looks lovely). Smells some iron, roasty and coffee. Tastes coffee, again iron, liquorice, slightly salty and roasty. I’m not a fan of liquorice taste in beer, but this beer does it quite nicely. Medium to full body and soft carbo.
