COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sa robe est de couleur rouge bien brillante. Légère et torréfiée en bouche elle mêle la subtilité du houblon et les notes éparses et discrètes de torréfaction, de caramel, avec une légère pointe d’acidité. L’alcool reste discret en bouche pour que s’épanouisse tout le caractère de cette bière complexe. Elle est destinée à l’hiver et aux fêtes de fin d’année et n’est donc produite qu’à partir d’octobre.

Copper with a thick and lasting off-white head. Aroma of toffee, cherry and dried fruit. Sweetish malty flavour with dried fruit notes. Well balanced, very pleasant beer.

0,75l fles van bryanvdv gekregen en gedeeld met peltmeister en jerommeke. Bruin met een crème kraag. Geur begint licht zuur maar ook kaneel caramel en tabak. Smaak is ook licht zuur, boter en caramel cacao in de afdronk.
