COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Couleur : Blond or
Houblons : Brewers Gold, Pioneer
Température de service : 6-8°C
Verre : verre tulipe de la brasserie

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with huge fluffy white head. Good lacing. Aroma is big time tropical fruits, nectar, some mild acidicness as well as earth. Flavour is quite yeasty, honey, fruits, earth and some grassy bitterness coming in the finish. Kind of Blonde meets Saison. Rich carbonation, but very smooth while drinking.

Vacation 2013 @ Virton, Belgium. 75 cl. bottle @ the bungalow, bought @ the local Delhaize supermarket.

Hazy golden with a big white head. Hoppy fruity nose. Hoppy blonde taste with a nice bitterness. A more than decent hoppy blonde.

Saint-Helene heeft altijd bieren met een heel uitgesproken smaak, spijtig genoeg lust ik de meeste niet, dit echter wel, een van de beste van deze brouwerij

(Bottle, Brasserie Lombard, Brussels, 22 Oct 2014) Dark golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head, leaving traces of lacing. Fruity, malty nose with bread, grass, citrus and apricots. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, peaches, grainy malt and a grassy bitterness in a dry finish with a touch of lemon. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Crisp, refreshing and clean blond beer. British hops gave a non-agressive nose which is hay, honey and wood. Body is medium, carbon fine, texture thin. Taste is bitter and sweet. Palate is dominated by bitter tones, a bit of honey, well balanced. Bitter aftertaste. [email protected]
