From a bottle. Fresh citrus aroma. hoppy, wheat. A bit of spice (pepper). White head, with a golden yellow color. Taste is lemon,, fresh with a slightly bitter finish. Quite a taste for a low ABV. Wonderfully surprising beer.

Very limited release. About 200 bottles made according to Raphael (brewer) and a few kegs. Sainte-Helene experimental brews as was their ltd barleywine release.

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2013 Packaging and Serving - Poured from a 75 cl bottle into a cristal plastic glass at Zerodue Beershop - Cecina, Italy
Aroma - Intense and fairly persistent. Citrus (lemon, grapefruit), fresh grass.
Appearance - Golden hazy color with thick white head. Fine bubbles.
Taste - Lemony entrance, good bitterness. Ends with gentle hoppy and resinous long lasting bitterness. Citrus aftertaste
Mouthfeel - Intense taste quite long persistence. Good carbonation. Light body.
Overall impressions - Into the mouth is pleasantly clean and fresh. To drink a lot during the summer.
Food - Good session beer. Amazing with fat food like fried fish or grilled salmon. It’s bitterness is perfect to refresh and clean the mouth without.

Clear golden with short white head, Pilsen malt and simcoe hop, citrus aromas, refreshing, light and pleasant. Easily reachable, it’s an every day beer ... but a good one.

Cunningham (7861) - Halden, NORWAY - JUL 8, 2012
Golden and light hazy colour with a thick nice foam. Mild fine hoppy and spice aroma. Lovely texture. Together with a well blended hoppy and mild fruity flavour. Refreshing mild biterness. Toghether with Nøgne Ø Pils. This must be the best premium lager/pilsner I have ever had! Outstanding.
[On tap at brewery together with Grima]
