COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned.
Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.

For export relabeled as "Vieille Provision".

02 - Bottle. BBE Nov 2019; Drank July 2017 - Hazy pale yellowy gold in colour. Massive creamy white head. Excellent lacing. Fruity; lemon citrus, hint of orange. Spicy; pepper, coriander. Yeasty; funky, floaties, sediment. Hoppy; earthy taste, grassy hops. Malty; pale malts. Bittersweet fruity and very spicy yeasty throughout. Dry bitter finish. Enjoyed this. Very nice saison. 33cl Flasche. Sanft trübes gelbes Bier. Hoher luftiger weisser Schsum. In der Nase geriebener Apfel und viel Hefe. Antrunk vollmundig. Hefe und herbe Frucht. Dann kommen Bitternoten und Holz. Im Abgang fast etwas Asche. In dieser Kategorie sicherlich eines der Interessanteren.

Had this one with my family at Brothers Beer Bistro with good food and great company. I was eager to try the reference in Saison. Not bad, not the best I had either.

Bottle at home. Very good foam. Color yellow, not very special. Not very much aromas, but very good taste. Liked this one.

Farm aroma. Yeasty boogie. Slightly spicy. Les tasty, yeah! Light yellow. Crisp and sandy palate, with promising fruitiness. Perfect saison!

On tap at Vine & Barley Stuart. Hazy pale yellow. Smells of grassy hops and strong banana yeast aromas. Tastes much the same. Grassy hop throughout. Sweet, doughy bread flavor. Yeasty finish with banana and a little more grassiness. Medium body. One of the standards of the style in my book.

Pas mal de mousse, une bonne odeur de citron. Pas mal de bulles, du fruité, bière assez sèche et bonne.
