COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned.
Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.

For export relabeled as "Vieille Provision".

Pour is a hazy dark gold with a white bubbly head. So much funk to this one, I can smell it from at least a foot away. Very earthy, wet grass and somewhat spicy nose, hay, theres a good bit of citrus as well as some other fruity esters. Peppery fruitiness is the predominant flavor, grassy, you get some of the fruity esters, maybe some pear. Great dry finish to it. Medium mouthfeel, high carbonation. Great beer for the warmer months.

Bottle at Vest, Rīga. Golden with a big white head and shitloads of sediment. Aroma of yeast roll, candy sugar, coriander, loquat. Sweet bready/yeasty/nutty with a touch of citrus sour in the taste. Yeasty finish, very well carbonated. A charming classic beer well worth its reputation.

A good saison with a powerful thirst quenching spiciness. It was a good beer and I am now a firm fan of the beer type.

Butelka 330 ml.
