A pleasant beer with a taste slightly more so; than smell. Notes of green garden fruit in a sour mash of taste. Not as refreshing as one would hope, the taste sits for a while. Next one I’ll have with a fatty meal. Cheers.

Flaske kjøpt på Gulating Tromsø. Aroma nøtter, sitron, grapefrukt, humle. Utseende klar strågul med lett skum som daler fort. Smak sure epler, sitron, noe metallisk. En sur men god øl med noe kort ettersmak ---

Aroma; lemon, nuts, tart, almond, lemongrass leaves. Look; clear pale hay body, pearls. Taste; sour apples, lemongrass, nut, tart, almond, bread - nutty tarty fruity finish. Feel; fresh, dry spots. Overall; good representative of the style, and quite good considering abv. [50cl.btl 3.5% BB:19.12.2016 #008 [email protected] Tromsø]

larsga (7564) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 17, 2016
Small white head. Clear still coppery body. Resiny tropical fruit aroma with acidic vinegary notes. Floral peachy aroma with tropical fruit notes. Dryish tropical fruit and pineapple taste with coppery notes. Mid-to-light body. Mild, slightly flat metallic notes. Dryish mealy tropical fruit and pineapple aftertaste. Niceish, but very mealy and low-alcohol. (0.33l bottle, from ... not sure where. Somewhere in Oslo region.)

0.5l bottle from #012. This one pours a blurry bright golden colored body with small quickly faded islandy head. No lacings what so ever. Like the aroma. It’s really peach sweet and somewhat inviting. Tones of apricot, sour gooseberries and a little hint of grains in the back. Not bad. Tastes quite decent also. It’s just about average on the carbonation and thin oily, near watery in the mouth. Mild grainy all the way, a hint of watery sour berries. More peachy tones. Lots of wild forest yogurt. Straws and tones of white currants in the back. Lightdrinkable and straightforward. 02.12.2016

ClubGonzo (5670) - Bergen, NORWAY - NOV 13, 2016
Bottle from Humlen Ølutsalg, Bergen. Hazy yellow-orange body with a small white head. Aroma is apple cider, dusty cereal tones, Swedish "pommac" (apple cider-ish type of non-alcoholic soda drink), minerals and hints of lactic acid and straw. Taste is "pommac" again, faint lactic sour notes, minerals, straw and hints of yoghurt and bread dough. Watery body, high carbonation. Not bad, but I lack more sourness to make an impression in this one, as it almost comes across as a sort of mineral water. Drinkable as a session beer though.

Beer5000 (6544) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUL 25, 2016
500 ml bottle. Hazy yellow/orange body under a small white head. Rather mild in aroma with pale malt, dough and mild fruity acidity. Flavor is refreshing, mild acidic, pale malt, fresh bread, mild citric fruit, yeast, low bitterness and actually feels a little salty even if that’s not a part of the ingredients. Medium to light bodied, that’s feels like the right thing here. Refreshing and nice without being too original or complex. Might as well be your everyday Berliner Weisse.

tmrmwel (2151) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUL 4, 2016
Bottle, batch 4. Pours light yellow, with a finger thick creamy head. Aroma is hoppy with white berries, fruit and spicy citrus peel, pears and some herbs, as well as some tart lactic acid. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart lactic acid, musty fruit peel, and some herbal notes. Not your typical Berliner Weisse, with the heavily dry hopped flavour profile, and the relative moderate lactic notes, but nevertheless an enjoyable session beer.
