KyotoLefty (10254) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUL 3, 2016
Bottle. Cloudy yellow gold with an airy head. Dusty, farmhouse-like aroma with citrus. Soft carbonation, some biscuity malt, grapefruit. Dry, peppery finish. More like a farmhouse ale than an IPA, but nice.

KansaiBeerLvrs (5141) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUL 3, 2016
Salopian Automaton 7% Bottle shared by Tim, honestly no one pegged this as an IPA.

Opaque honey gold with a sour farmhouse aroma featuring citrus plus pepper. The taste is Bretty wheat, pepper, pineapple and citrus. Good stuff.

at_the_hop (109) - Worcestershire, ENGLAND - MAY 1, 2016
Bottle. Pours fairly murky - not the prettiest. Nose is pineapple, lime and an undercurrent of dank hops. Pleasant grapefruit and white grape flavour with a long if somewhat straightforward bitter finish. Soft but with a vicious, almost moussey carbonation. Nice but have to admit I was expecting something outstanding which this is not.

martjoobolut (4314) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - APR 30, 2016
Bottle, BB 01.2017 (from beer gonzo). Pours hazy light golden brownish with whiteish head. The head stays, nice lacing. Aroma is intense fruits, citrus, grapefruit, orange. Flavor is sweet and bitter, very fruity, citrus, orange, grapefruit, apricot. Finish sweet tangerines and grapefruit-pine. Overall: very nice.

Towey1989 (2814) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - APR 7, 2016
Keg at The Font, Manchester. A cloudy pale amber colour with a fizzy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange, some melon, slight apricot, a little caramel and subtle grassy, floral hops. Taste of grapefruit, melon, some orange, apricot, a hint of pine, a little lemon, lime, slight caramel and subtle grassy, floral hops. Medium bodied and an oily texture. A long, dry, citrusy, grassy hop bitterness in the finish. What a really well made IPA, really boozy and full of American and Czech hop bitterness. A huge grapefruit aroma. Enjoyed this.

MonsterMagnet (1444) - NETHERLANDS - MAR 28, 2016
Bottle from minutemat, many thanks! Pours cloudy yellow/brown with a creamy white head. I suppose there was still quite some yeast in suspension when I poured. Lots of lime, orange, pear, pine, a bit doughy, caramel. Fairly sweet with a lingering bitter finish. Not the most complex, but a lovely creamy, mild but full flavoured IPA.

planky84 (3259) - Lee, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 15, 2016
Cask at the National Winter Ales Festival, The Roundhouse, Derby, 2016. Gold pour with a white head. Apricot, peach and tangerine aroma. Flavours of tangerine, more apricot and peach. Booze laden mouthfeel. Nice.

Evilkniamhel (955) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - FEB 26, 2016
On cask at the Stockbridge tap. Pours clear Amber. Nose is green fruit and veg, hops. Taste is dough, earth and citrus fruit.

TheAleMale (34) - Worcester, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - FEB 15, 2016
Excellent IPA from Salopian. In bottle from Saucy Pears. Fruity, strong and lovely! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

purpledragons (60) - Shrewsbury, Shropshire, ENGLAND - FEB 3, 2016
On cask at the Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury. Clear gold with a white head. A heady alcoholic aroma is immediately apparent. Some citrus (grapefruit) and orangey notes. Surprisingly easy to drink for its strength.
