Cask @ Port Street Beer House, Manchester. Black with a creamy off-white head. Has only mild roasted malts, but a very gritty taste. Its nose is better stated with the roasted malts. imdownthepub (15762) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 16, 2017
Cask conditioned at The Plough, Worcester. Very dark brown with cream head. This gets off with quite a tarry character along with a fruitiness, some dryish notes. Plummy, prune like flavours come through. There is a blackcurrant hint in the close. Good beer.
