4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
, Wolverhampton. Amber beer with large creamy head and excellent lacing all the way down the glass. Looks excellent. Hop aroma. Taste is very hoppy with citrus fruits and a dry bitter finish. Palate is a little too average and is its biggest let down. A very hoppy beer.
September 12, 2015 - on tap at The Well and Bucket. Clear light gold with a decent creamy white head. Odd aroma - what I swear was a mix of floral bitterness and .. fermenting sausage meat - so weird. Taste is simpler, floral/herbal bitterness, a little acidic, noticeable alcohol - no raw meat. Thick, astringent, with a medium finish - ehhh. Theydon_Bois (20163) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - SEP 30, 2015
Cask at the Bootlegger, High Wycombe, 29/09/15.

Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.

Cask conditioned at Far From the Madding Crowd, Oxford. Amber with white head. There is a fuller body to this with a biscuity, cake like character, some sweetness. A fruity hop then lays on top, a strawberry like note perhaps. A decent beer. fonefan (49999) - VestJylland, DENMARK - AUG 24, 2013

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, nectar, light flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, flowers, nectar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
(Cask at St. Urho’s Pub, 20130301) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruity hops and toffee. Palate was light bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruity hops, toffee, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was musty, hoppy and mildly bitter. The aroma was nice but the taste was too musty.
