Cask @ Black Door, Helsinki

Pours clear golden with a foamy bubbly head. Aroma of grassy and soapy hops, hints of fruits and malts. Taste is smooth, slightly fruity and hoppy. Finish is fruity and slightly bitter. Enjoyable, easy to drink and fruity bitter.

Tap at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. A gorgeous bitter that demonstrated it's hoppy glory in citrus clothes. Nice grass, peach. Great.

19th Oct 2017: third of a pint in my local Wetherspoon pub. White head on a clear and clean golden body, aroma of light citrus fruits with a floral undersniff. Gentle citrus flavour with a good underlying bitterness, some late sweetness in the finish.

Pleasing gooseberry and peach flavours. Gentle hoppiness. Some bitterness on the finish.

Cask at Beerdock Leek. A clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, slight orange, subtle biscuity malts and some floral hops. Taste of lemon, some biscuity malts and slight herbal, floral hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dryish, biscuit and a floral lemon hop bitterness in the finish. Soapy lemon and biscuit malt dominated this. Ok.

September 12, 2015 - on tap at The Well and Bucket. Clear light gold with a decent creamy white head. Odd aroma - what I swear was a mix of floral bitterness and .. fermenting sausage meat - so weird. Taste is simpler, floral/herbal bitterness, a little acidic, noticeable alcohol - no raw meat. Thick, astringent, with a medium finish - ehhh.

Cask at the Bootlegger, High Wycombe, 29/09/15. Clear golden with a decent white covering. Nose is bitter orange, straw, light bread, citric peel, faint spice. Taste comprises bitter lemon, bready, grassy, toasted notes, pissy tang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok cask offering but far from Salopians finest.
