Towey1989 (2700) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 8, 2017
Cask at The Green Dragon, Leek (JDW) A clear deep golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of lemon, orange, some boiled sweets, subtle straw and slight floral hops. Taste of lemon, orange, some boiled sweets, a hint of straw, subtle caramel and slight floral hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, flora hop bitterness in the finish. A very simple, American hopped cask pale ale. Citrus and floral notes from the hops and a subtle straw and caramel malt balance. Decent.

Vladivostok (483) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - DEC 3, 2016
Pale amber rather than gold, this had the typical citrus aromas and flavours of American hops but it also had a reasonable malt presence too, making it a more mellow offering than many of its ilk.

3.3
Heidbummer (609) - SCOTLAND - OCT 30, 2016
Pint at the Ring Southwark. Pours gold with modest thickness head, which lasts. Perhaps a bit over-carbonated. Soft aroma of hay and cinder toffee. Aggressively dry, certainly refreshing. Ok, but more an IPL than APA, and not much depth. Good first pint thirst quencher.
