Bottle from Morrison’s, Walsall. Golden beer with small head. Aroma of pale malts and raspberry coulis. Taste is pale malts, watery raspberry and some astringency. OK.

Tastes and smells like slightly bitter raspberry squash. Not the worst thing in the world, just a bit odd.

Cask at Lymestone Vaults, Newcastle under Lyme. Pours clear golden with a white head. Decent session blonde base and it tastes like someone has chucked in loads of cheap supermarket sugar free cordial in. Yuk.

Tap at the Pup and Duckling, Solihull. Poured a crystal clear light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is raspberry, yeast, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a light crisp dry tart raspberry fruit light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Gravicask on the second day at Plymouth Camra Beer Festival 2016. Bright golden body. Minimal head and lacing. Mild raspberry aroma. Similar taste of mild raspberry joined by earthy malts. Watered. Soft drink like, not for me really (Shared with Finn 24.09.2016).

500ml Bottle . In a 50 cl Leffe goblet . Basically this goblet holds the whole bottle in one pour. Nose is both sweet and tart raspberry notes , quiet lactic too . Nice and not too generic on first impression. It resembles a low boost golde in appearance. Kinda bready malty caramel like , little cardboard, then subtle raspberry underneath. I’d like the raspberry texture turned up ... It’s basically a golden beer with subtle fruit nuances... I’d like it the fucken reverse. The nose was the only good thing here .

Bottle. Pours light amber. The raspberry is there in both aroma and taste. It’s inoffensive but there’s not a lot here to get excited about.
