Bottle - amber with a thin fizzy beige head. Aroma of blackcurrant, blackberries and grass. Taste of raspberries, blackberries and a little blackcurrant. Slight sourness, a little grass and hay and a light bitterness to finish. Light body, medium carbonation.

Pint from York pub, golden lion I think. Light amber ale with white frothy head. Reeks of raspberries, like the raspberry icecream syrup. Taste is same, nice amount of bitterness to offset the sweet. Bit of a shock at first, but it grew on me as the slurps piled up.

Drunk from 500 cl bottle bought in Wakefield, UK. Pleasant contrast between the bitterness of the saltaire blonde beer and hint of raspberry flavour. Refreshing summer beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Rehills Newcastle. Pours golden colour with a hint of pink. Strong raspberry flavours (obviously), but a very nice beer after a big meal

dogbomb (1244) - ENGLAND - MAY 10, 2014
Bottle. Straw with a thinnish white head. Nose is raspberries, raspberries and raspberries. Taste is... well it’s raspberries again. The description says "delicately infused"... I say "***loads of raspberries". It’s alright, but it’s a bit overly fruity for me. There’s a little bit of bitter kick, but not enough. This beer is so raspberry laden, it should be pink. It isn’t, so that’s it’s saving grace.

Cask by hand-pump at Larbert 6th Ale Fest, Dobbies Hall, Larbert - clear golden, thin bubbly white head, huge raspberry aroma, no lacing, biscuit, raspberry, floral, a bit thin, prolonged fruity floral finish
