DruncanVeasey (8063) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - APR 26, 2011
Cask handpull, The Craven Arms Inn, Appletreewick, North Yorkshire, 20/04/11. Innocuous pale ale looks with a low white head and ruff. Fake raspberry and pavlova aroma- 5. Raspberry sweet taste- all fakeness and no fruit with rescuing licks of bread and biscuit. Dire, comical, slightly poisonous- cant believe how highly its scored by previous raters, but each to their own.

teorn88 (7422) - Out of the EU, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 20, 2013
Cask at CPK, London. It pours pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is huge on the raspberry notes. Some funk, not much else. Taste is bitter with resiny hoppy notes and some light fruitiness. Mouthfeel is medium and good carbonation. Nice beer but it doesnt really come throuh as one piece.

A Mes rate. Cask handpull from Bar Fringe.
Pale gold with a good white head. Full of tart, synthetic raspberry. Nasty and artificial. What is it about the UK and fruit beers?

4th Aug 2016: cask in The Pheasant, Wellington Shropshire. golden pour with a slight pink hue, white topping. Raspberries in both the nose and taste, not overpowering, but dominant and noticeable straight away. Not much else going on really, but a pleasant enough summer drink.

berkshirejohn (6277) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - AUG 30, 2016
Cask at the Bootlegger, High Wycombe. A pale amber pour with a ring of white head; slightly artificial raspberry aroma; sweet raspberry cordial taste to start, then a refreshingly fruity bitterness; leaving a clean crisp finish. A pleasant refreshing summer ale, but the authenticity of the raspberries is a bit dodgy.

DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 6, 2009
Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: Pale thin malt character, loads of raspberry but its not real raspberry as theres no colour and it taste fairly artifical, grassy and noteably bitter which doesnt suit a fruit beer. Drinkable all the same.

skortila (5504) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - MAY 18, 2015
Bottled. 25cl sample. The aroma has raspberry, some biscuit, some floral tones. Clear, golden coloured beer with a thin, white head. The taste is light bitter, has some sweetness, light fruity tones, some biscuit. Easy drinking ale, thin bodied. Good.

Bottle. Blonde with fruit flavours that dominate. Medium body. Bit of a novelty but still quite reasonable.
