Bottle. Pale golden beer with a light head. The aroma is fruity raspberry, and the flavour has a bitter finish with a raspberry fruity hopped body. Overall a reasonable fruit flavoured bitter.

Cask at CPK, London. It pours pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is huge on the raspberry notes. Some funk, not much else. Taste is bitter with resiny hoppy notes and some light fruitiness. Mouthfeel is medium and good carbonation. Nice beer but it doesn’t really come throuh as one piece. johndoughty (5566) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - APR 23, 2013

Golden blonde, clear, dense white head, some lacing
Aroma - Nice really fresh real raspberry aroma, really fresh, no artificial notes
Taste - Fresh raspberry, not too much, some raspberry bitterness too, light pale malts underneath, good stuff
Palate - Light body ,quite sweet palate. Finish as main flavour, little bitter linger. perhaps a tad over bitter here
Overall - Biased with this rate as I really like raspberry and they were real in here, even with a bitter edge you get from the seeds. It might benefit from a tiny hint more sweetness in the malt background
Bottle asda. Clear golden amber colour thin white head bits of lacing. Aroma is v good raspberry yoghurt. Taste is biscuit spice and hops with a creamy raspberry bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation. Overall a good beer I would have liked more raspberry in the taste although it dose advertise subtle flavours. AJL1980 (121) - West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 25, 2016

Keelham in Skipton. Subtle fruit aroma. Pours quite dark, you definately get the raspberry to taste. Easy drinking.
I don’t normally enjoy flavoured beers but decided to try this one because Saltaire’s other brews are excellent. To my surprise it was very good, will definitely try again. Beth101 (531) - West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - OCT 13, 2013
Golden in colour with a large head and lacing on the glass. Has a lovely raspberry aroma when pouring. Has a fairly bitter taste compared to the very sweet aroma. Tastes of hops and raspberrys and is quite refreshing. A nice summer drink. skortila (5996) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - MAY 18, 2015
Bottled. 25cl sample. The aroma has raspberry, some biscuit, some floral tones. Clear, golden coloured beer with a thin, white head. The taste is light bitter, has some sweetness, light fruity tones, some biscuit. Easy drinking ale, thin bodied. Good.
