Pretty standard golden ale taste wise but has a funny barnyardy aroma luckily taste better than it smells some citra and hops come through a bit syruppy finish with some bitterness

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2016 Cask at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) A clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of biscuity malts, some cereal, slight lemon, a little grapefruit and subtle herbal hops. Taste is similar of biscuity malts, some cereal, a little lemon, a hint of grapefruit and slight spicy, herbal hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dryish, spicy, herbal hop bitterness in the finish. A well balanced golden ale with biscuit and cereal malt sweetness and soft citrusy, herbal hop bitterness. Decent.

A mid golden yellow coloured beer with a weak white head. A light hoppy aroma, some fruit and a hint of spicy, plus a background pale malt aroma. Dry mouthfeel. A mild bitter hop taste, some citrus fruit and a light peppery spice with a hint of oak wood. There is a biscuity malt flavour that brings a sweetish, caramel, Malted Milk like flavour that balances the flavour in the finish.

Pretty bad. Looks alright, though no head. Aroma quite unpleasant - brambles and spices. Like a park where dogs wee. Taste is watery and brambles. Maybe something wrong with it? On special offer in Booths - a rare bad one from them. I think Ill avoid Saltaire in future as so many good brewers out there.

Have drunk this both on draft in pub and in bottle - the bottled version is just unpleasant, gassy with a strange after taste
