Half, from cask (gravity)@The Rake, London. Low big-bubbled blond top, mostely lasting. Body is clear dark copper. Dicreet aroma of sweet, rounded caramel. Mild mouthfeel. Body is light. Flavor is creamed caramel, subtle fruitiness and gentle bittering hops. Well balanced, easy to drink.

Cask at The Harp. Quality stuff. Pours a clear copper, with a small off white head. Big banana hit surprisingly, toffee, sugary, thin in the mouth, but very smooth.

Good bitter this - fairly sweet malt, with hints of fruit, toffee and nuts. Smooth and easy-drinking which makes it good for a session ale, but far more interesting than most in that category. Good stuff.

Cask handpull, SIBA Champions Fest 2011, The Canalhouse, Nottingham. Copper-bronze, lacing white slick. Aroma of dates, figs, oranges, a snort of exotic spice: cinnamon? Flavour: not fully dried stone fruits (plums, dates, apricots), milk choc afters. Fragrant, slightly chewy...and a little bizarre. Nothing like anything else Ive had today. Fair play to them. Liked this.

Quite nice beer. Not terribly hoppy with good barley fruit. Average to above average session ale.
