Cask handpull. Mostly clear amber coloured pour with a lasting off white creamy top. Aroma is nutty, raisin bread, bit of staling, dried apple. Flavour is composed of nutty light toffied malts, raisin and dried apples, little dishwater. Some rough grains in the finish. Palate is medium sweet, moderate cask condition. OK bitter but pretty boring.

Aroma: Medium-light caramel. Light floral. Appearance: Clear copper body. thin, tan head. low retention. Flavour: Medium-light bitterness. Light hops, floral, grassy. Light astringency. Dry finish with lingering astringency. Mouthfeel: Medium body. Medium carbonation. Overall: Missing in the hoppiness/bitterness that you usually get for the style, but not a bad beer. 500 ml bottle, poured. 8B. Special/Best/Premium Bitter
