Named after our local railway station, Junction Ale is a strong 4.5 ABV premium ale. Brewed with Challenger, Bramling X and Goldings hops, the beer has a deep amber colour with a spicy hop character.

Cask at Bree Louise with Sarah. Pours a clear amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has notes of raisin and dark grains with other dried fruits. Flavor has notes of raisins and dried fruits with a bit of bread backing.

Clear brown colour with a tiny white head. Mild floral hops, sweetish malt and syrup in the aroma. The flavour is mild sweetness, mild maltiness and some mild hoppiness. Quite easy.

Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Hazy amber brown with an off white foam. Aromas are toffee and oranges with floral, yeasty notes. Nutty black tea with hints of melon. Lightly spiced with autumn fruit. Flavours are weetabix malts with green apple and a clean, herbal, leafy character. Spicy with lemony yeast and a nutty, tea finish. Nice.
