COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask and unpasteurised bottle; Seasonal - Summer. Also as Sambrooks Pale Ale.

Our Pale Ale is brewed with Maris Otter pale malt and contains a mixture of Admiral, First Gold, Celeia and New Zealand Hallertau whole leaf hop. This gives our pale ale a light, dry and zesty tate with a citrus aroma

UPDATED: MAY 12, 2017 Pours an almost clear golden colour with a small foamy white head. Sweet biscuity malt and fresh grassy hop aroma. A sweet biscuit malt taste with a mild citrus and grassy bitterness in the finish. Easy to drink but nothing special.

Cask at the Kings Arms in Mayfair. Pours bright gold with a white head. Citrus/floral aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is citrus floral with very light caramel. Not very dry- mildly bitter. Pleasing.

Cask at the Bree Louise as Bree Louise Session Pale Ale. Almost clear golden colour, no head. Aroma of green tea, light leafy, some citrus, hint of kiwi. Flavour is medium sweet, light malty, leafy, some citrus, grape, kiwi, light bitter finish. Light bodied. OK.

Cask @ The Wenlock Arms, London - UK. Color: clear golden blond beer with no carbonation and small white foam. Smell: sweet malt with grassy and floral notes. Hoppy finish. Taste: light body with good sweet malt backbone balanced with floral hint. Good attenuation, really easy drinkable. Good beer. Aftertaste: sweet grassy and floral. Bitterness.
