[email protected] Chriso Gaylord tasting. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some slight notes of grass and mild herbal notes as well. Flavour is much the same with the fruityness being quite pleasant. Wellbalanced brew, that hides the alcohol rather well.

Bottle at Chriso Gaylord tasting 09. Gold haze, rocky lasting beige head. Belgian yeast, esters, more wit beer than a tripel. Decent, some syrupy sweetness, but a half decent stab at a tripel. I liked it more than most.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of fruity esters, Belgian yeast, a hoppy profile, and some dry wheaty notes. Flavour is extremely fruity, full of citrus fruits and oranges, some slightly sweet candied sugar, a touch of banana and bubblegum. No hint of the oak aging. Finishes on notes of tropical fruits and bubblegum. Solid stuff, but not an authentic tripel by any means.
