Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, lacto - berry, cherry - apricot, red wine - a bit like Duchesse De Bourgogne, wood - barrel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average to long duration, plum. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

Chriso Gaylord Tasting. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is mild wood along with some slight sourness and tartness. Rather nice aroma. Flavour is fruits, some sour wood, mild caramel malts and some rather tart notes as well. Quite close to some Belgian sours.

ChrisO ’Night Of The Gaylords’ tasting. Clear brown beer. Sourish beer. Very much like a watered down Duchess Du Bourgogne. Pleasantly malty sour.

Bottle at Bruce’s, London - thanks to Jack! Pours hazy red with a creamy, yellow-beige head. Nose has yeast, Belgian candi sugar, some bread, hints of tang. Light to medium sweet flavor, some tangy berries, bread, mild yeast, toasty sugars. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Mild dry wood to finish, further tangy berries, some yeasty toasty bread, vinous texture, Belgian yeast. Very nice beer overall. Well done, Sam.
