Hazy yellow color. Minimal yeast and just a hint of acidity. Dry, aimple flavor, not sour enough. DocLock (11025) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 14, 2017
Bottle. Pale gold with min head. Nose was mild hops, citrus, wheat. Slightly tart flavor, hops, citrus, yeast, lighter and fizzier palate. SDalkoholic (2424) - Linda Vista, California, USA - OCT 2, 2017
Bottle from Smart and Final: Poured a off yellow liquid and topped by a thin foam head. Aroma is empty as I do not smell anything other than a whiff of wine. Flavor is bland and boring with only a minor notice of sourness in the finish. onceblind (10548) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 20, 2017
Clear golden pour with a thick fluffy bone white head. Slightly metallic dry and gently acidic aroma. Crisp semidry body with a light general acidity. It's gently metallic but it's neither woody, buggy, or citric. Just a boring, base golden with a light earthy sourness. crossovert (13869) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 17, 2017

355ml bottle. Golden pour, Aroma smells like a minhas beer. Flavor is not super tart, not berliner-like.
Post tasting thoughts:
Sam Adams failed with this one, this tastes like a Minhas contract.
From 12 oz bottle to snifter. Pour is a hazy yellow, thin white head. Nose is a light coriander, wheat, light malt. Taste is light bodied, sour. Finishes tangy and fizzy on the palate. ozzy70 (1283) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - SEP 4, 2017
12 oz. bottle. Poured light hazy golden with a foamy white head. Aroma of dry corn field, grain dust. Taste was was light tart, citrus, lemon, chalky. jsquire (4599) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - AUG 31, 2017
Pale yellow color with a big beaten egg white head. Light tart nose. This is not really a traditional Berliner weisse, which makes it better for me. Light wheaty taste with some tart lemon/lime notes. Acidity in the finish. Really not much here. superspak (6004) - Waterford, Michigan, USA - AUG 28, 2017
12 ounce bottle into signature pint glass, best before 9/2017. Pours lightly hazy pale golden/yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention that reduces to a nice cap that lasts the whole glass. Thick soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lightly tart lemon, lime, peach, pear, apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, biscuit, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity yeast, bready malts, and light earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lightly tart lemon, lime, peach, pear, apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, biscuit, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/grassy bitterness and lactic tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of lightly tart lemon, lime, peach, pear, apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, biscuit, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity yeast, bready malts, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/tart/bitterness balance, and zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from bitter/tartness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly acidic/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is a good Berliner weisse style. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity yeast, bready malts, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean and refreshing to drink; with the mildly tart/acidic finish. Very flavorful and nicely balanced for the ABV. Fits the style well enough. They used acid malt and not actual Lacto; so this is more of a pale wheat ale with a little tartness, but it’s still quite tasty. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Pours a hazy yellow corn color. About one finger white head. Light retention, light lacing.
Aroma is light lemon, light yeast. Very effervescent.
Taste is tart, not so much sour. A little watery. Pretty bubbly. Okay, maybe a touch sour.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied. A little too effervescent, but it goes down pretty easy.
Overall, it’s pretty good. Enjoyable. I’d drink it again, but not buy it. I would probably recommend it.
