Cask during a Wetherspoon Beer Festival in 2010. No notes as pre-Ratebeer for me but rating transferred from the Facebook Beerseek app. dogbomb (1215) - ENGLAND - JUL 15, 2014
Cask. Not at wetherspoons so it must have been successful enough to brew on a wider scale. Clear gold with a thick light tan head. Nose is grapefruit and lemon. Taste is zingy. Really bitter lemon. Some lime. A little watery and could do with a bit more balance. Just zingzingzing.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms, Bristol 10/11/10. Amber coloured with a small white head. Light citrus hop aroma with some sweet malts. Flavour had some more citrus fruit and a dryish finish. Not a lot going on given the ABV%.
