Above average score for a lager, IMHO.
Drank from a bottle from the LCBO. Very nice for an American macrobrew. Goes down smooth with a nice hoppy malty finish that’s not too strong. I wish I could buy this for much cheaper up here in Canada. Perhaps I’ll pick up a case next time I’m in the States.
My personal favorite Sam Adams. A classic if ever there was one. An IPA for the un-initiated. Great on the palate but very smooth. Extremely flavorful but very forgiving. Like an old fiend, patting my on the back.

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2017 One of my favorite beers. Malty sweetness up front, with a hoppy bitterness at the end that isn't overly done. Well balanced. Kudos to Jim Koch! dzenkalpic (86) - TURKEY - NOV 14, 2017
Rengi ambere kayıyor. Kokusu lager biradan çok ale gibi. Üzüm ihtiva eden tadı orta asitlikte ve metalik. Güzel bir aroma değil. beergearbox (95) - London, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 7, 2017

This was once consider the standard for craft beer, which shows just how far we've come. Still a very smooth drinkable lager, but it lacks complexity and doesn't have anything of particular note that differentiates it. Still a go to for most sporting events that don't have any REAL craft beer.

For a seemingly rather simple lager, this is very good. Malty and smooth, just a hint of bitterness. Refreshing.

the first one I tried was pretty good, but, then I tried another and things became more clear.
too much hops and not much flavor. not really a beer taste as much as a fermented taste.

This is a decent beer. Nice color and fine aroma with a good bitter flavor. junkyarddawg (12) - Georgia, USA - OCT 21, 2017
Amber color. Grassy smell. Caramel, sweet flavour with a traditional bitter kick. Gets mote bitter as it warms. Better than the average mass produced American Lager. hitemwitthehein (22) - - OCT 17, 2017

.Appearance: Golden amber, white head.
.Aroma: Grassy, floral hops, bread, malt.
.Taste: Malt sweetness upfront balanced by a slight hop bitterness.
.Mouthfeel: Medium body, medium carbonation.
.No need to complicate it, this is a balanced beer. A staple. A go to. A drink one and grab another type of beer. Very enjoyable.
